Why don’t you publish prices?
Because the right scope depends on what’s leaking. A clinic missing 60% of inbound calls needs different infrastructure than one missing 25%. Publishing a flat price would either over-charge the smallest operators or under-scope the largest. We’d rather have an honest 30-minute conversation and quote the right number once.
What kind of dollar range are we actually talking about?
Pilot engagements typically run low-four-figures monthly with a one-time setup. Run-It retainers run from there up to mid-four-figures monthly depending on scope. We share the specific number on the audit call — we don’t play games on price discovery, we just refuse to publish a flat tier that won’t fit you.
Are there any contracts or lock-ins?
Pilot is 60 days, fixed scope, then you decide. Run-It is monthly with a 90-day initial period — cancel any time after that with 30 days’ notice. No multi-year contracts, no automatic renewals.
Are you Canadian or American?
Our team is based in Toronto. We serve clients across Canada and the United States, with engagements in Europe by referral. We invoice in USD by default; Canadian clients can opt into CAD. Twilio numbers are local to your area code regardless of where you are.
What about HIPAA, PIPEDA, data residency?
SOC 2 Type II in progress. HIPAA BAA available on request for chiro / physio / dental / med-spa engagements. PIPEDA-compliant practices for Canadian clients. Data residency configured per-engagement — we can keep PHI in your jurisdiction. Full details on the trust page.
What software do you wrap around?
Vet: AVImark, Cornerstone, ezyVet, Vetspire, Covetrus Pulse. Chiro/physio: Jane App. Dental: Open Dental, Dentrix, ClearDent, Curve. Med-spa: Boulevard, Aesthetics Pro, Vagaro. HVAC: ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge. If yours isn’t listed, ask — we’ve probably integrated with it.
