Agni AI Store is the customer-lifecycle service of Agni Consulting — a B2B marketing-operations practice based in Toronto and serving North America. We took the playbook that runs inside venture-backed B2B SaaS companies and rebuilt it for owner-operated service businesses.

I’m Aman. I run Agni Consulting — a marketing-ops practice that’s spent the last decade inside Series-A and Series-B B2B SaaS companies wiring HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, RevOps, and demand generation. The unsexy plumbing that decides whether a company hits its number.

Agni AI Store is the version of that work I built for local service businesses. The shape of the problem is identical — someone is leaking customers, the leak is operational, the owner doesn’t have time to fix it — but the vocabulary, the software, the regulations, and the dollar amounts are different. We use industry-specific terms (recall, reactivation, care plan, agreement attach) because those are the words that match how owner-operators actually run their businesses.

I started this division after watching a friend who runs an independent vet clinic lose six figures a year to voicemail and lapsed clients — and realising the playbook I run for SaaS companies would solve almost all of it, with a fraction of the technical lift. The first conversations were free. They still are. The audit is the offer.

Agni Consulting is the parent practice. It serves B2B SaaS companies $5M–$50M ARR with on-demand marketing leadership — fractional CMO, demand-gen overhauls, marketing-ops audits, RevOps integration. Different audience, same operator, same operational discipline.

Agni AI Store is the productized service-business arm. We take the same operational backbone — lifecycle ops, automation, AI agents, integration plumbing — and apply it to vet clinics, chiropractors, dental practices, med-spas, HVAC operators, and the dozens of other owner-operated service businesses that have the same four leaks.

Our team is based in Toronto. We serve clients across Canada and the United States, with engagements in Europe by referral. We invoice in USD by default; Canadian clients can opt into CAD.
