Zoom call. We screen-share your software (PIMS / Jane / ServiceTitan), your Google profile, your last 90 days of bookings, your call log. Owner only — we don't need the team on this one.
Output: a one-page leak report with three things ranked by dollar impact. Yours to keep, even if you never sign.

2. Scoped quote (Day 1–2)
If we're a fit, we send a fixed-scope proposal within one business day: which tier, what's in scope, what's not, the timeline, the price. No hidden fees, no surprises later.
Output: proposal PDF, signature link, Stripe invoice for setup.

3. Build week (Days 3–10)
We clone our HighLevel snapshot to your business, wire n8n flows to your existing software, set up Twilio numbers and SMS sequences, train the AI receptionist on YOUR services and tone, configure review automation. One 30-min check-in mid-week.
Output: staging environment in your sandbox, ready to flip live.

4. Go-live (Day 10–14)
We flip the switch on a Wednesday morning so we have the rest of the week to monitor. Your team gets a 60-min training session. We run a soft-launch (only after-hours calls auto-routing for the first 48 hours) and ramp from there.
Output: live system, dashboard access for owner, team trained.

5. Run-ops (ongoing, monthly)
We run the system. You run your business. Monthly KPI report (PDF), quarterly strategy review on Zoom. If something breaks, we fix it within 4 business hours. Cancel after 90 days, any time.
Output: ongoing customer lifecycle running on autopilot, with you in oversight not in operations.
